Trying to run old shitty 16Bit Software on Windows 7 ?
Especially Davilex crap needs these VBX and DLL files, else it won't run. They are hidden in the C:\Windows\System folder.
Note: 16Bit software typically only runs on Windows 7 32-Bit. 64-Bit won't work, believe me.
